I Am Me

In all the world there is no one else exactly like me.
Everything that comes out of me is authentically mine because I alone chose it.
I own everything about me-my body,my feelings, my mouth, my voice;
All my actions, whether they be to others or to myself. I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears.
I own all my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes.
Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me.
By so doing, I can love me and be friendly with me in all my parts.
I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do not know.
But as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can encourage me.
And hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles and for ways to find out more about me.
However I look and sound, whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically me.
Later, if some parts of how I looked, sounded thought,and felt turn out to be unfitting, I can discard that which is unfitting, keep the rest, and invent something new for that which I discarded.
I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do.
I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me.
I own me, and therefore I can engineer me.

My first Sunday spent without dear was with my SW4103 group mates. Although there is a lot of work to be done, I think I truly enjoyed the company of everyone in the group. I’m glad that I’m in this group. We meet up at 430pm, and we head to Florence house for our meeting. Guess, what Florence bought a lot of tidbits and donuts! Coincidentally. Waiping bought donuts too! We were munching away while doing our project, all the sounds of crunchiness have indeed lighten up the atmosphere of the meeting. Don’t u all think so?

Anyway, Florence’s room was so nice! I like her room, there are a lot of cows in the room. And her room makes me have a new liking on cows! They are so cute! I didn’t know they are so cute! Anyway, our project meeting ended quite late at round 10+pm. I reached home at around 1145pm.
During our project meeting, we were suggesting to come to florence's place to swim and play with cosmetics, not forgetting having our steamboat party at rach's place. Yeah activities are lining up for my holidays! Am so looking forward!
Oh thanks pw for asking me to go out that day, I felt very blessed with so many of you all taking care of me while dear is not around. Somehow, I felt like a little princess. Hahah

Updates

It has been quite some time since I have blogged. And my beloved 02A10ians are complaining. So here comes my new post. Yesterday we went to have our unintentional KS aka class rep’s birthday celebration. I feel so good meeting up with my jc friends again, reminiscing about the past really made me feel really old! We were counting how many years we have known each other and to my surprise it has already been 6 years! Time really passed. I guess we are really fighting for time to really make fully use of it. Once it is passed, you can never go back. So friends let treasure every moment and chance that we can be together ok. Jasmine don’t go back to the moon hao ma? KS dun always fly us kite ok? And our piggy mak dun go MIA ok? CSY claimed that she could not contact you this time round.
It was really fun yesterday although half the time we are having fun at the expense of our class rep, anyway he should feel honored that he really lighten up my lonely Friday night because my dear is not with me. Haa Oh, those who brought cameras yesternight, csy, ks, jas, please do your work by sending the photos to us hor!
Oh for your information, my dear has gone for overseas reservist last thurs. Sob sob. He is going to be away for 3 weeks and 3 days. This is also the first time he is away without me for sooo long. I have been missing him already. Anyway I promised him that when he come back, I’m going to cook him food, so I have not been slacking when he is not around, in fact, I am learning cooking from my mum today. I’m still trying to persuade my mum to cook nasi lemak tomorrow so that I can learnt some skills again. Haha Meanwhile, I think I am studying hard… still in the midst of doing my assignments and projects. Pray hard that I can finish by tomorrow so that I can start my revision next week, got tons of readings waiting for me to read. :S
Oh and I just went to collect my masks which I have bought from a spree last week. I’m feeling so happy!!!
I think all of you can feel that this post is quite random, updates here and there abruptly, so sorry for the randomness. haahaa
